iperloop Campaign

iPerloop was a customer feedback product and service from iPerceptions that connected dissatisfied customers directly with customer care via back end connections to an enterprises ticketing system. If customers responded to the survey with a poor experience, they would be asked if they wanted an agent to reach out. if yes, the ticket would be sent out automatically. The marketing team planned and shot the entire concept in-house to show potential customers the power of such a tool.
